Adding Email Recipients

When viewing a receipt, you will see an email input field on the right side of the screen. This allows you to send the receipt directly to one or more recipients.

  • Enter a single email address to send the receipt to one recipient.
  • To send to multiple recipients, separate each email address with a comma.

Understanding the Emailed Receipt

Once sent, the receipt will be delivered as a link to a single, scrollable document in the recipient’s email.

The emailed receipt includes the following details:

  1. Venue Name – Displayed at the top of the receipt
  2. Venue Address – Listed directly below the venue name
  3. Order Number
  4. Date and Time of Purchase
  5. Itemized Charges – Includes all items purchased
  6. Discounts, Taxes, and Fees – Clearly listed
  7. Payment Method
