Adding Email Recipients
When viewing a receipt, you will see an email input field on the right side of the screen. This allows you to send the receipt directly to one or more recipients.
- Enter a single email address to send the receipt to one recipient.
To send to multiple recipients, separate each email address with a comma.
Understanding the Emailed Receipt
Once sent, the receipt will be delivered as a link to a single, scrollable document in the recipient’s email.
The emailed receipt includes the following details:
- Venue Name – Displayed at the top of the receipt
- Venue Address – Listed directly below the venue name
- Order Number
- Date and Time of Purchase
- Itemized Charges – Includes all items purchased
- Discounts, Taxes, and Fees – Clearly listed
