How To Transfer Tabs
This guide will provide the steps to take in how to transfer an order from one customer to another within the same suite.

 

Step 1:

Identify the order and suite you would like to transfer and select next to the order you would like to transfer.

Step 2:

Once you have selected you will be brought to the Order Details page. For Transferring Tabs, please select .

 

 

Step 3:

Once you have selected you will be directed to additional options. Select towards the bottom of the list.

Step 4:

Select the customer you would like to transfer the order to, in this case we are transferring to Chicago Cubs Marketing as outlined in the initial screenshot example above.

Step 5:

The system will prompt you to either  or . If the customer would like to keep the tab open please follow the instructions below. If the customer would like to close the check out from here, select Pay Now and follow the How to Close an Order guide.

Step 6:

If you choose to keep the tab open you will have to either swipe a new card to hold the tab or use a payment method that was placed on file prior to the event.

 

Step 7:

Once you have set up the payment method for the tab (i.e. used saved payment or swiped new card) you will find your Order in its new location as shown in example below.
