This guide outlines the necessary steps that should be taken to successfully set up the SkyTab Venue App for your v4 Elo Kiosk.
If you’ve already configured your SkyTab Venue App and are ready to configure your Android Settings or configure your PAX A35 Card Reader, please refer to the guides below:
If this is a brand new device and you’re booting it up for the first time, then please refer to the guide below:
📱 Step 1: Scan the QR Code
- Use your phone’s native camera to scan the QR code displayed on the kiosk screen.
- You’ll be taken to the Canopy sign-in page.
🔐 Sign in using your Canopy credentials.

🏢 Step 2: Register Your Device
Once signed in, you’ll land on the Register Device page:
- Choose your organization and venue from the drop-down menus.
- In most cases, you'll only see one option for each.
❓ Seeing several and not sure which to pick? Contact venuesupport@shift4.com for assistance. You may see several if you have a multi-venue property.
- Click Register to complete the process.
- Once registration is successful, return to the Elo Kiosk and tap Done.
📍 Step 3: Select Your Kiosk Location
On the Select Device Type screen, you’ll see three options:

Concessions POS

Kiosk ✅ (Choose this one)

Customer-Facing Display POS
Select Kiosk, then tap Next.
🧾 Step 4: Choose Your Menu
You’ll now see a list of available menus:
- Only Kiosk-specific menus will be displayed.
- Choose the one you'd like this kiosk to use, then tap Next.
🖨️ Step 5: Select Receipt Printing Option
Choose how you want this kiosk to handle guest receipts:

USB Receipts – Select this if guests will walk to a different area to pick up their order. A printed receipt with an order number helps keep things organized.
⚙️ Optional Print Settings:Auto Print Receipt
Automatically prints a paper receipt when a transaction is completed.
Print 2 Copies
(Only available if Auto Print is enabled) Prints two copies of the receipt upon order completion.

None – Choose this if guests will remain near the kiosk while waiting for their order.

Once selected, tap Done.
🚀 You're All Set!
You should now see the Order Now screen.
- Tap anywhere to start a new order.
- Add items to the cart to begin accepting transactions.
