This guide walks you through how to access the SkyTab Venue App’s Admin Panel when using the Kiosk Menu Type.

From the Admin Panel, you’ll be able to:

  • Switch between different menus
  • View current or past orders
  • Refund sales if needed
  • Ect. 

This guide is designed specifically for kiosks running the Kiosk Menu Type on any supported device.

🖱️ Step 1: Open the Admin Panel

  1. From the Order Now screen, tap anywhere to begin.

  1. On the Order screen, tap the name of your Revenue Center (Location Name) 7 times.

  1. This will prompt the PIN entry screen.

🔢 Enter the universal PIN: 100710, then tap Proceed.


 

🧭 Step 2: Navigating the Admin Panel

Once inside the Admin Panel, tap the ☰ hamburger menu in the top-left corner to access the full list of options:
 

🏪 Kiosk

Takes you back to the Order Now screen.

📦 Orders

View current and past orders placed on this device.

You can also issue refunds directly from this section.

💳 Balance Lookup

Check loyalty account balances for supported integrations like GiveX.

🧾 Configuration

Switch to a different Kiosk Menu using your manager override PIN.

🛠️ Resources

If your organization has this enabled, you’ll have access to Stand Dog.

🔄 Refresh Config

Downloads the latest menu updates or changes for the current menu.

🌐 Sync Network Data

Pulls in back-end updates such as tax rates or new user profiles.

🧪 Debug Info

View technical details like Device ID, offline settings, and more.
 

🏁 Returning to the Kiosk Screen

When you're ready to go back to the main Kiosk screen, simply open the ☰ hamburger menu and select Kiosk.
