Sales Report Types

Sales Summary

Quickly access key performance indicators (KPIs) during live events.

  • Identify top-selling items.

  • Reassign staff to high-performing locations as needed.

Operational Sales

Streamline concession stand operations.

  • Build recommendations based on top-selling items per location.

  • Optimize restocking using storage proximity data.

  • Track Approved Offline orders.

  • Download an Employee Data Table to simplify gratuity payouts.

Financial Sales

Get full visibility into financial performance.

  • View settlement totals by payment type and processor.

  • Download a Category Sales report.

  • Access the Approved Offline order hub and failure report.

Settlement by Processor

Review settled payments by date range.

  • Filter by Payment Processor (defaults to Shift4).

  • Use to reconcile transactions with the payment gateway.

F&B Sales and Merchandise Sales

Comprehensive overview combining summary, operational, and financial reports.

  • Contains over 20 tiles of data.

  • Note: Performance may degrade when querying more than one day of data.

Marketplace Sales

Exclusive to Marketplace and Experiences users.

  • View all related sales data.

RvC Items and Orders

Analyze line-by-line cart totals for each order.

  • Select an Order ID or Confirmation Number to open order details in Canopy.

Sales Audit

Validate sales totals against payments.

  • Excludes transactional data.

  • Includes a tile for Approved Offline orders if selected in the Order State filter.

  • Ideal for multi-day or monthly sales audits.

Set Up Filters

Filters appear at the top or right side of each report.

  • Choose filters to target specific data.

  • Select the blue refresh button (on the right) to apply filters.

  • The button turns blue once filters are active.

Download Data

Download data directly from a tile without refreshing the entire report.

  1. Do not select the refresh button.

  2. Hover over the tile and select the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.

  3. Choose Download data.

Advanced Data Options:

  • Results: Keep With visualizations options applied selected to match the Data Dictionary.

  • Number of rows to include: Choose All results to capture complete data.

Use Data Drill-Throughs

  • Select any aggregated numeric field to view related order data.

  • In Order ID or UUID columns, select the three dots to access order details in Canopy.
    You must be signed in to Canopy to use this feature.

  • Download order data using the Download icon in the top-right corner.
