Description: Learn how to use the Virtual Currency Report to monitor key metrics, track transactions, and troubleshoot account issues related to loyalty-based virtual currency.
Review Key KPI Metrics
The first two static tiles provide a snapshot of:
The total amount of virtual currency currently issued.
The number of accounts with positive balances.
Note: These tiles display cumulative data and do not reflect any date filters set in the Calendar Date field.
Understand Utilization Type
A new field, Utilization Type, categorizes transactions into types—Spent, Issued, and Expired—to provide better visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor pending expirations
The Pending Expirations tile shows any Loaded Tickets or virtual currency set to expire soon.
Review Transfers
To see virtual currency transfers:
Use the Overall Virtual Transfer Status tile for a high-level summary.
Use the Transfers tile to view transfer details line by line.
Filter By User
To find activity for a specific user, filter by Account ID, Email, or Last Name. This shows all associated transactions, including pending expirations and transfers.
Analyze Admin or Bulk Transactions
Use the Admin/Bulk Transaction filters to view how much virtual currency has been awarded by a specific user or campaign.
Identify Duplicate Accounts
The last tile flags accounts with duplicate Account IDs.
