DataNow Report Migration – Action Required by April 8

Description: We are continuing to enhance the DataNow reporting experience to provide improved performance, clearer report organization, and more consistent logic across datasets.

As part of Phase 2 of this update, several legacy reports will be retired on April 8.


Important: Scheduled Reports

If you have any scheduled report deliveries (email, S3, or other automated exports) connected to the reports listed below, action is required. 

Please note, these changes have no impact on Export reports.

Before April 8, you must:

  • Recreate the schedule using the appropriate replacement report
    OR

  • Delete the schedule if it is no longer needed

After April 8, any schedules tied to retired reports will stop running.

We strongly recommend reviewing your scheduled reports now to avoid any disruption.


Reports Being Retired (Effective April 8)

The following reports will no longer be available:

  • Sales Summary (including 7-Day)

  • Operational Sales (including 7-Day)

  • Financial Sales (including 7-Day)

  • F&B Sales – previous query logic (including 7-Day)

  • Merchandise Sales

  • RvC Items & Orders

  • Sales Audit – previous query logic

  • Wallet Accounts

Recommended Timing

To ensure a smooth transition, please review and migrate any impacted schedules during the current overlap period. Waiting until April 8 may result in temporary reporting interruptions.
