Description: Learn how to use the POS Admin Panel features. Debug , Sync and Refresh. 


 

Debug Feature

  1. Log on to the VenueNext POS system.
     
  2. Select the hamburger menu (3 lines) in the top left corner of the menu screen.

  4. Once at the Debug Menu you can check Hardware Information, Software Information and Network Information.Screenshot 2024-04-18 at 1.43.27 PM.png5.Select the hamburger menu (3 lines) and select where to go next. 
    1. Menu
    2. Orders
    3. Configuration
    4. Refresh Config
    5. Sync Network Dara
    6. Debug
    7. LOGOUT

            Menu Sync Feature

             

  1. Select the hamburger menu (3 lines) in the top left corner of the menu screen.

Menu Refresh Feature

  1. Select the hamburger menu (3 lines) in the top left corner of the menu screen.
