What is an Approved Offline Orders Alert?

An Approved Offline Orders Alert is a configurable email notification created in DataNow. You can define the conditions that trigger it. The purpose of this alert is to notify you when your venue has outstanding Approved Offline Orders that need to be synced.

How do I create an Approved Offline Orders Alert?

To create an Approved Offline Orders Alert in DataNow:

  1. Open DataNow for your venue.
  2. Select the Device Monitoring tab.
  3. Set the Calendar Date filter to is in the last 31 days.
  4. Select Reload to populate the data.
  5. Once the data loads, hover over the Approved Offline Orders tile.
  6. Select the bell icon in the top-right corner of the tile.
  7. Configure the alert:
    • Enter a title for the alert. Include the venue name for easy identification.
    • Set the condition to: Any Total Orders > is greater than > 1.
  8. Enter your email address.
  9. Select the frequency and time for the alert.
  10. Select Save Alert.
