Products

Quick Service Point-of-Sale (QS POS)

Supports “belly up” service, typically in concessions. Customers order, pay, receive their item, and leave immediately.

Full Service Point-of-Sale (FS POS or Tabs)

Allows staff to open and maintain customer tabs, commonly used in bars and restaurants.

Kiosk

A self-serve terminal where customers place and pay for orders without interacting with a cashier.

OrderNext (Mobile Ordering)

A web-based platform that lets customers place and track orders from their own devices.

Xpedite (Kitchen Display System)

A fulfillment app that routes orders to the kitchen from POS, Mobile Ordering, or Kiosk for preparation.

Service Types

POS

A menu type used on staff-operated Quick Service or Full Service POS devices.

Kiosk

A menu type for Kiosk devices that allows customers to order and pay independently.

Express Pickup (Concessions)

A menu type where customers place orders online or via app and pick them up at a designated revenue center.

Delivery

A menu type that enables customers to place orders for delivery directly to their seat, table, or suite using a seat selector.

Quick Pay

A menu type accessed via QR code. Customers scan, place their order, and show the confirmation screen to an attendant. Commonly used in hawker-style service.

Self-Checkout

A menu type that allows customers to scan, order, and pay for products via Mobile Ordering. Does not require venue hardware.

Services & Apps (Content Management)

Canopy 1.0 (Deprecated)

Legacy content management system (CMS) for managing revenue centers, menus, and items.

Menu Manager (Canopy 2.0)

The current CMS used to create and manage revenue centers, menus, and items.

Loyalty App

Used to manage loyalty users by awarding or deducting virtual currency, applying promotions, and assigning affiliations.

Orders App (formerly Refund App)

Allows managers to search and manage employee or customer orders, resend receipts, issue refunds, and view payment activity.

Status App

Used to manage the availability of revenue centers, service types, alcohol, and items in real time.

DataNow

A data analytics app for generating and exporting sales reports.

Device Manager

Manages and configures POS and Kiosk devices across an organization.

Suites App

Allows customers to set up PIN logins for employees accessing POS devices.

Access App

Lets customers configure employee PIN logins for POS and manage Canopy permissions.
