Generating a Report for Voided Transactions within Lighthouse Transaction Manager

 

Context:  These instructions are helpful if you would like to understand and review declines/voided transactions that maybe occurring at your location(s).  

  1. To generate a report for archived transactions, complete the following steps:
  2. From the menu, select Transactions > Select Merchant.
  3. On the Select Merchant page, select the merchant(s) for which you would like to generate a report. If needed, click Submit.
  4. From the menu, select Transactions > Archived Batches.
  5. On the Archived Batches - Month View page, click the desired month.
  6. On the Archived Batches - Date View page, click the desired date, or select multiple dates and then click View Selected Batches.
  7. On the Archived Transactions page, ensure the filters for 'Voids' are selected, and 'Sales' and 'Refunds' are unselected. Click Apply Filters.
  8. From the side menu, select Export, click the report Basic (CSV), and then follow the directions in the window to export the report
