Adjust Stand Visibility for Express and In-Seat Delivery in Shift4 Venue

Express Pickup Visibility

If visibility is turned off for a menu, that menu does not display on the ordering interface, even if Availability is set to ON.

Adjust Express Pickup Visibility

  1. Select Food and Beverage > Locations.
  2. Select Visibility for the Express pickup menu.

    Note: If visibility is turned OFF, the stand does not appear on the ordering interface.

    • Green indicator = Showing on the ordering interface
    • Red indicator = Removed from the ordering interface

In-Seat Delivery Visibility

Adjust In-Seat Delivery Visibility

  1. Select Food and Beverage > Locations.
  2. Select the In-Seat Delivery service type link.
  3. From the dropdown on the left, confirm the correct menu is selected. Ensure General is highlighted.
  4. Scroll down to the Basic Delivery Settings section.
  5. Review the Visibility toggle:

    • ON (green) = Visible on the ordering interface
    • OFF (red) = Hidden from the ordering interface

    Select the toggle to change the visibility setting as needed.

  6. Scroll to the top of the page and select Save in the upper right corner to apply the changes.

    Note: Allow up to 10 minutes for changes to update across the system.
