πŸ“˜ Overview

This guide explains how to create, manage, edit, enable, and disable Price Levels in Canopy 2.0. Price Levels let venues adjust item pricing based on specific events or services, enabling dynamic pricing and event-based reporting.

Price Levels now support Customer Facing Display (CFD) images. This feature allows you to assign a custom CFD image to a Price Level. When the Price Level is activated, the associated image will automatically appear across all Revenue Centers.

❓ What Are Price Levels?

Price Levels allow you to assign alternate pricing to menu items for different events. They are especially useful for venues hosting a variety of events with varying demand.

πŸ”‘ Key Benefits:

  • πŸ’΅ Dynamic Pricing

Automatically adjusts item pricing across POS, Kiosk, and Mobile Ordering platforms when a new Price Level is enabled.

  • πŸ–ΌοΈPrice Level Images

Allow for unique Customer Facing Display (CFD) images to be applied to each Price Level.

🧠 Examples of Price Levels

Tailor pricing to the type of event:

  • 🎀 Concert Tier 1 – Top-tier performers

  • 🎢 Concert Tier 2 – Mid-level concerts
