Beginning October 31, 2024 AirWatch will transition from using the current “App Catalog” on iOS devices to the new AirWatch Intelligent Hub application. Prior to this transition date, all clients will be required to download, install, and configure the Intelligent Hub app on all iOS devices deployed in AirWatch. This is something that can only be done at the device level and must be done by clients in the field. Moving forward, any new or replacement devices will also be enrolled using the intelligent Hub App.
Pre-Requisites:
1. Apple iPad must already be enrolled in AirWatch and have the Appetize iOS KDS application installed and working.
2. A valid Apple ID and Password. (If a client uses Apple Business Manager, they may also use that to push the application to their devices.

Installation Procedure:
1. Close any applications on the iPad and open the browser. Safari is used for this demonstration.
2. In the browser window, navigate to: www.getWSOne.com
3. Download the application from the App Store.
4. Install the application. If the application has never been installed on this device, choose the "Install" button.
5. After the installation has completed, open the application.
6. Allow Location while using the application.
7. Allow Bluetooth for the application.
8. Enter the Username and Password for the AirWatch Group IP. The typical username and password are listed below:
Username: A / Password: a
9. Create a Passcode for this device. This passcode is specific to this device only.
Passcode may not contain: repeating characters (2222), ascending characters (abc123), or descending characters (321cba).
10. Select "Skip" on the information page:
11. Read the Privacy Notes and select "I Understand" at the bottom of the page.
12. Select "Not Now" on the Data Sharing information page.
13. Select "Don't Send" on the Data Sharing confirmation screen.
14. Select "Allow" regarding Hub Push Notifications.
15. The Intelligent Hub application installation has completed and the application may now be closed. The Intelligent Hub application will be used to update or install new versions of the Appetize iOS KDS application.
