Set Business Hours

Business Hours control when guests can place orders for a location. Complete the following steps to configure them.

  1. Navigate to F&B > Locations and select the location to edit.
  2. Select the Service Type for the location.

  3. Select Menus, then scroll down to Business Hours.

  4. Select the checkboxes for each day to enable Business Hours on that day.
  5. Set the Start Time and End Time for the location.
    Note: Business Hours define the window during which guests can place orders. For example, setting hours from 12:01 AM to 10:30 AM limits ordering to that time period.
  6. Scroll to the top of the page and select Update to save the changes.

Important: Select Update at the top of the page to save Business Hours before navigating away. Changes that are not saved will be lost.

Order Ahead Hours

Set Order Ahead Hours

Order Ahead Hours define the specific pickup time slots available to guests, including slot intervals. Complete the following steps to configure them.

  1. From the same location page, scroll down to Order Ahead Hours.
  2. Select Order Ahead Hours to expand the settings.
  3. Select the checkboxes for each day to enable Order Ahead Hours on that day.
  4. Set the Start Time and End Time for the Order Ahead Hours.
  5. Scroll to the top of the page and select Update to save the changes.

Important: Select Update at the top of the page to save Order Ahead Hours before navigating away. Changes that are not saved will be lost.
