Images (Items, Revenue Centers, & Menus)

We are excited to introduce image management for items, revenue centers, and menus. This enhancement is designed to improve the visual appeal and user experience on our various ordering surfaces, including mobile ordering, kiosks, and customer-facing displays. 

Image Types

Item Images

Displayed: Ordering Web items & Kiosk items

Dimensions: 740 x 492 pixels

Supported Extensions: PNG, JPG

Maximum file size: 10MB

Revenue Center Images

Displayed: Ordering Web Revenue Centers & Customer Facing Display (if no menu image exists)

Dimensions: 750 x 492 pixels

Supported Extensions: PNG, JPG

Maximum file size: 10MB

Menu Images

Displayed: Customer Facing Display

Dimensions: 750 x 492 pixels

Supported Extensions: PNG, JPG

Maximum file size: 10MB

Image Management Features

Empty Image State

When an image does not exist yet, the upload tool supports both drag-and-drop functionality and the traditional system dialog for uploading images. 

Edit Button

The edit button is a straightforward tool that allows users to update images easily. Clicking the edit button opens a system dialog where you can select and upload a new image. 

Note: Replacing an image with another image will take up to 20 minutes to reflect on the ordering surfaces. 

Deleting an Image

The delete function will be released in a future update and will be announced on our Release Notes page.
