Description: Use these guidelines to configure Amazon Just Walk Out (JWO), an autonomous retail solution that supports Shift4 Venue's mobile wallet QR code for location entry, discounts, and payments.

JWO locations, menus, items, and discounts are configured like any conventional revenue center. However, follow these 10 specific requirements to ensure proper functionality.

Location Configuration

1. Create a distinct Autonomous Menu Model for each physical JWO location.

2. Enter the External Ref ID in the format: Org Name - External Ref ID (provided by Amazon).
   Example: kezarstadium - 1234567

3. Include “JWO” at the end of the name to support reporting.
   Example: Section A Grab n' Go - JWO

4. Turn visibility off to prevent the location from appearing in the mobile ordering menu list.

5. Set the Amazon Merchant on the location.

6. Set "Leading Order Number Text" to JWO.

Menu Items

1. Ensure all menu items sold at JWO locations are included in the menu.
2. Match product_skus exactly to the item IDs in Amazon’s system—including leading zeros—to enable mobile wallet charges for a cart.

SKU Audit

1. Pull the Catalog Report from Amazon JWO to view all active items and SKUs.
2. Pull the Venue Configuration Report in DataNow to validate location, item, price, and SKU.
   Verify all SKUs in Shift4 Venue match the corresponding Amazon JWO item IDs.
