📖 Overview 

This guide explains how to access the Stand Dog browser through the Shift4 Venue App. Stand Dog is used with the Yellow Dog integration for inventory management directly from the POS.

⚠️ Requirements

  • Stand Dog must be enabled on your account
  • Only available on the PAX L1400 Workstation
  • For activation, contact your Account Manager or email venuesupport@shift4.com

🧭 Accessing Stand Dog

  1. Log in to the Shift4 Venue App on your L1400 Workstation
  2. Tap the ☰ (hamburger menu) in the top left corner
  3. Select Resources from the side menu
  4. Tap Yellow Dog Stand Dog

⏳ The page may take a few seconds to load.


🔐 Logging into Stand Dog

  • Once the Stand Dog screen appears:
    • Enter your Client ID
    • Enter your Username and Password
    • Tap Login

Your login is controlled by Yellow Dog; if there are any access issues, please direct all support questions to Yellow Dog.
