How to Close an Order

Pay by Card or Rich Checkout

Step 1:

After ringing in items, select the CARD PAYMENT method.

You will be directed to this screen.

Flip the screen so the customer can view it, they will be able to scan the QR code with their phone or swipe a credit card and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 2:

If you are in a location that accepts gratuity, the customer will be prompted to select/enter a gratuity amount and then to provide their signature. Make sure to select “DONE” at the bottom of the screen.

Pay by Cash

Step 1:

After ringing in items, select the CASH PAYMENT method.

Step 2:

You will be directed to this screen:

Step 3:

Enter the amount the customer hands you,  and it will calculate the change due.

Scroll down and select complete

You will be directed to the receipt, and the customer can take a picture of it or you can print it (if a printer is available). Then select done and it will take you back to the order page to create another order.
