Loyalty - Accounts

Description:
This article explains how to search for and manage Loyalty Accounts in Canopy 2.0. It covers how to adjust virtual currency, apply affiliations, and add promotions in bulk. Users can manage loyalty members by awarding or deducting virtual currency, assigning affiliations, and applying promotions to accounts.

How to Search for and Manage a Loyalty Account

1. In Canopy 2.0, select the Loyalty drop-down on the left side of the screen.
2. Choose Accounts from the list.
   Note: Ensure the correct instance is selected from the All Instances drop-down at the top of the page before making any changes to Loyalty Accounts.
3. All available Loyalty Accounts will display on this page.
4. To search for a specific Loyalty Account, use the search box on the right side of the page.
   Search Criteria Options:
   • Email Address
   • Account ID
   • First Name
   • Last Name
5. Once you select the desired account, the Account Details panel will appear on the right side of the screen.
   Account Information Displayed:
   • Name
   • Email
   • Account ID
   • Instance
   • Balance History
6. From the Account Details panel, you can manage:
   • Current Balance
   • Loyalty Awards or Deductions: You can specify an expiration date and add notes if needed.
   • Promotions:
     • Use the Expander Arrow under Promotions to view All Promotions and Selected Promotions.
     • Select a promotion and set an expiration date to apply it to the account.
     • To save changes, click the SAVE button at the bottom of the panel.
     • To return to the previous screen without saving, select the left-facing expander arrow at the top.
7. Once all changes are made, select the UPDATE ACCOUNT button to save changes and return to the Loyalty Accounts screen, or choose the X in the top right corner to close the panel without saving.
   
   

How to Bulk Adjust Virtual Currency, Apply Affiliations, or Apply Promotions

1. In Canopy 2.0, select the Loyalty drop-down on the left side of the screen.
2. Choose Accounts from the list.
   Note: Ensure the correct instance is selected from the All Instances drop-down at the top of the page before making any changes to Loyalty Accounts.
3. On the right side of the screen, select the up arrow to open the bulk options.
4. The Upload Loyalty box will appear with the following options in the drop-down:
   • Bulk Adjust Virtual Currency

   • Bulk Apply Promotions

5. Select the appropriate option to proceed with bulk adjustments or applications based on your needs.
