Inventory Settings for Merchandise

 

This document will explain inventory settings for Merchandise in 2.0

 

THESE SETTINGS MUST BE ENABLED FOR THIS TO WORK:

First, enable inventory management in your venue settings by going to Venue Settings and selecting the Orders section towards the bottom of the page

Next, search for the Enable inventory management setting and verify that it is set to yes. If you have to change it to yes, remember to click UPDATE SETTINGS to save the changes.

Step 1:

In Canopy, select Global Merch Items

Step 2:

Search an item you wish to adjust inventory settings for, then select “Location Settings”

Step 3:

Select the + ADD LOCATION LEVEL OVERRIDE button to adjust inventory settings individually for this item. You can add them all at once and then select UPDATE

**Do not leave MAX/MIN ITEM COUNT with 0 or you will get a WHITE SCREEN (below is an example of what could prevent fans from ordering)
