Quick Service Point-of-Sale (QS POS)

Our traditional “belly up” service. Mainly used in a concessions environment where customers are purchasing an item, given the item, and leaving the stand immediately after. 

 

Full Service Point-of-Sale (FS POS or Tabs)

Allows customers to open tabs for customers in a bar or restaurant setting.

 

Kiosk

A self-serve terminal which allows customers to place and pay for their orders without the need of a cashier.

 

OrderNext (Mobile Ordering or Ordering Web)

Our web-based ordering platform where a customer can place and monitor orders from their personal device.

 

Xpedite (KDS or Kitchen Display System)

Our fulfillment app. It send orders to Back of House to allow the kitchen team to produce the order for customers who are ordering on POS, Mobile, and Kiosk.

 

Service Types

POS

A menu type which is used for Quick Service or Full Service POS devices used by cashiers, bartenders, and servers.

 

Kiosk

A menu type which is used for Kiosk devices where the customer selects and pays for the order on their own.

 

Express Pickup (Concessions)

A menu type where customers can place orders via the Mobile Ordering website or app. The customer picks up the order at a revenue center when ready. 

 

Delivery

A menu type where customers can place orders to be delivered to their seat, table, or suite by using a seat selector.

 
Quick Pay

A menu type that is only accessible by QR code. Customers will scan the QR code, place their order, and show the hawker or attendant the confirmation page (can be a countdown timer) to confirm their purchase. This is most widely used as a hawker service model.

 

Self-Checkout

A menu type where customers scan products via the Mobile Ordering website or app which are added to their cart. The customer pays for the products and leaves the area. This menu type does not require any venue hardware.

Canopy 1.0 (Deprecated)

Our legacy content management system (CMS) where revenue centers, menus, items, etc are created and maintained.

Menu Manager

Our new content management system (CMS) where revenue centers, menus, items, etc are created and maintained. 

 

Loyalty App

An app solely used for managing loyalty users by awarding or deducting virtual currency, applying promotions, and assigning affiliations. 

 

Orders App (Formerly Refund App)

An app to search and manage orders placed by employees and customers. This app allows managers to resend receipts, refund orders, and view payment activity. 

 

Status App

An app used to set the availability of revenue centers, service types, alcohol, and items throughout the venue, on the go. 

 

DataNow

Our data analytics app where managers can generate and export sales reports.

 

Device Manager

An app used to manage and configure POS and Kiosk devices for an organization.

 

Suites App 

Where customers can configure PIN logins for employees to access POS devices.

 

Access App

Where customers can configure PIN logins for employees to access POS devices and manage Canopy permissions for their employees.
