How to Export Menu Items

Export Menu Items:

Operators can easily export configured Menu Items for LOCATIONS and for the ENTRE ORG by following the steps outlined below;

Step 1:

Go to DataNow; You can navigate here by going to [instancename]-datanow.ordernext.com (Instance name is the domain name that the Organization uses to access Ordernext.com for mobile ordering).

**If you get an error that says "Something Went Wrong" it is because the user does not have access to DataNow

Step 2:

Select ITEM CONFIG from the dashboard list

Step 3:

From here operators can export all items for the entire ORG, filter by product type or by location

Step 4:

To export navigate to the right hand side of the dashboard and select DOWNLOAD DATA

From here go to ADVANCED DATA OPTIONS and select ALL RESULTS > DOWNLOAD
