Note: EloView uses 2.android.pool.ntp.org for NTP traffic. Full access to port 123 (UDP) is required.


Cloudflare CDN

EloView services rely on Cloudflare’s global content delivery network (CDN).

  • Recommendation: Always whitelist by domain name (e.g., the EloView domains listed above).

  • Why: Cloudflare IP addresses are dynamic and subject to change. IP whitelisting can cause unexpected service interruptions if ranges are updated.

  • Reference only: If your firewall requires explicit IPs, the following are currently in use:

Required Ports & Protocols

  • 443 (HTTPS): General EloView communication

  • 8883 (MQTT over TLS): Secure device-to-cloud communication

  • 123 (UDP – NTP): Time synchronization

Note: EloView-enabled Android devices use WebSocket connections. Communication is always device-initiated.
