How to Disable or Enable the Cash Tender Button on POS

You can configure whether to accept cash on the POS. This can be set in Canopy for your entire venue or for select revenue centers within the venue.

To set at the venue level:

• In Canopy, go to F&B > [Venue Name] Venue Settings
• Scroll down to Main Settings
• Under the Payments section set "Allow cash payments on pos" to yes or no and tap Update

To set for a revenue center:

• In Canopy, go to F&B > Locations
• Tap the service type name of the revenue center to navigate to settings
• Select the Settings tab
• Under the Payments section set "Allow cash payments on pos" to yes or no and tap Update
