Enable Audio Alerts on an Xpedite Device

You can now configure an Xpedite tablet to receive audio alerts when a new order moves to the processing state. Follow the steps below to configure:

1. In Canopy, select Xpedite Devices from the F&B navigation menu

2. Select a device from the list and tap View Details in the box on the right

3. Toggle on the Print Alert setting and tap the orange Save button on the top right
