Manually Setting Wait Time Warnings

Wait time warnings can manually be set in Canopy or the Status app so that the guest expectations can be set before they place their order.  The wait time warnings will be displayed in the list of revenue centers & when viewing the menu for a revenue center:

Configuration in Canopy

  1. F&B -> Locations
  2. Select the service type for the appropriate revenue center

  1. Scroll down to CONCESSIONS WAIT SETTINGS
  2. Turn on the wait warning
  3. Enter a wait time in minutes & then click updateScreen_Shot_2022-03-01_at_5.29.31_PM.png

 

Configuration in Status App

  1. Launch the status app (i.e. teamname-status.ordernext.com)
  2. Go to the appropriate revenue center
  3. Set the desired wait time
  4. Known bug - the selected wait time may take 5-10 minutes to show what was previouslyselected in the status app
