Editing an Existing Attendant
How to update a team member profile/change a pin
Step 1:
Select and select Staff
Step 2:
Search the team member name by selecting the magnifying glass or you can scroll and locate the attendant that needs to be adjusted.
Step 3:
You will be able to edit the attendant by selecting their name. You can update their profile and settings here.
Step 4:
Once you have edited the desired settings, select to save changes.
NOTE: You must deactivate an account, toggle DEACTIVATE on to retire a user. DO NOT change an existing user to a new user name this will skew reporting.
Accounts may not be deleted for reporting and auditing purposes
