Adjusting Item Availability in Canopy 1.0

Description: Control item availability in Canopy 1.0 by updating settings in Global Items or Location Availability. Ensure devices sync changes for accurate menu updates. Availability determines if an item is available for purchase.

 


 

Updating Item Availability in Global Items

  1. Navigate to F&B > Global Items.
  2. Locate the item and select the Availability button.
  3. Choose Available or Unavailable based on preference.
  4. On the device, select Refresh Config and Sync Network Data to apply changes.

 


 

Updating Item Availability in Location Availability

  1. Navigate to F&B > Locations.
  2. Select the Stand Menu on the right.
  3. From the dropdown, choose POS Menu.
  4. Locate the item and select the Availability button.
  5. Choose Available or Unavailable as needed.
  6. On the device, select Refresh Config and Sync Network Data to update the system.
