Ticketmaster

If you are a Ticketmaster client, the Ticketmaster Presence SDK will be integrated into your mobile app allowing users to manage and view tickets. Additionally, our platform will use the Archtics APIs to receive ticketing data about a customer that logs into the TM SDK (i.e. account groups) for the purpose of applying member benefits (i.e. 20% F&B Discount)  The VenueNext TM SDK integration will have no impact with anything related to Archtics. Please also provide us access to the normal set of APIs and the DSN to use.

To proceed, please provide approval for Ticketmaster to grant VenueNext access to the SDK & APIs by sending an email to nexus_Help@ticketmaster.com with the following message:

"[Client Contact Name], [Client Contact Position], at [Client name] hereby approve Ticketmaster to provide access for Ticketmaster Nexus Partner, VenueNext, to the [Client’s Name]’s Archtics Database, for fan, ticket, and event data. The [Client Name]’s Archtics database name/DSN is [name] and site ID is [name].  I also understand that this integration will be kept active until myself or someone else from [Client Name] email the Ticketmaster integration team to deactivate the integrations.  Please let me know if any questions.  Thank you, [Name] [Date].”  For next steps, I have included the appropriate contacts from VenueNext and my local Ticketmaster support staff in this email."

Please copy your VenueNext/Shift4 Account Manager on the email, as well as your local Ticketmaster representative.

If you will be running Loaded Tickets/Added Value via your mobile ordering and POS:

"[Client Contact Name], [Client Contact Position, at [Client name] I hereby approve Ticketmaster to provide access for Ticketmaster Nexus Partner [Nexus Partner Name] to the [Client’s Name]’s Archtics Database in order for [Nexus Partner Name] to access fan, ticket, event, and any added-value information in the database. The [Client Name]’s Archtics database name/DSN is [name] and site ID is [name].  I also understand that this integration will be kept active until myself or someone else from [Client Name] email the Ticketmaster integration team to deactivate the integrations.  Please let me know if any questions.  Thank you, [Name] [Date].”  For next steps, I have included the appropriate contacts from the [Nexus Partner Name] and my local Ticketmaster support staff in this email.

Please copy your VenueNext/Shift4 Account Manager on the email, as well as your local Ticketmaster representative.
