How to create an Xpedite Tablet in Canopy

This article will instruct you on how to set up Xpedite tablets so that you can set up your iPads to receive orders. Note: the location where the tablet will be used must be created prior to following these instructions. Devices will give an error saying "This Location Has No Tablet" if this step is skipped.

Step 1:

Open Canopy and go to F&B > Xpedite Devices

Make sure the Tablets tab is selected.

Step 2:

Click the "+ Add Tablet" button on the right side of the page:

Step 3:

Enter a name for your tablet:

Choose the Location where this tablet will be used from the drop-down menu.

Click ADD NEW TABLET.
