Why aren’t my attendance reward rules working?

For attendance reward rules to work, the event ID must be configured in Canopy as described in the Event Configuration article. If that is configured correctly, please contact help@venuenext.com

 

Why can’t I change the end date after a reward rule has expired? 

In an effort to always correctly award users we do not allow reward rules that expire/ become inactive to be reactivated.
