We have released a new tile in DataNow within the F&B Sales tab called Tip Report. This new Tip Report gives an all-encompassing look into tips by Device ID, Employee & Location for all Service Types. Please be aware that Rich Checkout, Express Pickup and Kiosk orders will not have an employee attached, so the Employee field will return a blank value.

In order to tie back Rich Checkout orders to an employee, the user can reference the Device ID column from the POS orders. Please review our Tip Reporting Reference Guide and reach out to your Shift4 Enterprise Account Manager if you have any questions.

⚠️ Reminder: Wallet Nonces Export Decommission

The Wallet Nonces Export will be decommissioned on December 1, 2023. After this date, the report and its associated data will be removed. Nonces data is available in the “Wallet Nonce Export 2.0”.

From now until December 1st, data up until February 16th, 2023 will be available in the “Wallet Nonce Export”. The “Wallet Nonce Export 2.0” will only include data after February 16th, 2023.
