  • Added a new “Elapsed Time Since Last Completed Order” report in the Device Monitoring dashboard.  This report shows how much time has elapsed since the last completed Card transaction.  Use this report to identify devices that are either unused or have been offline for a prolonged period of time.  These devices may have unreported Approved Offline Orders –– e.g. they have been powered off or have had zero network connectivity.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where a user experiences an endless reload looping behavior.

  • Added a Price Level Overrides tile into the Item Config report. If your organization has set up pricing overrides, you’ll find them here. If not, this tile will be blank.

    • Resized each tile for better navigation throughout the report.
